These General Bonus Terms govern STARPH promotions including bonuses, rewards, cashback and gifts. They apply to all promotions unless a promotion specific set of terms states otherwise. When you make a deposit, the deposited amount is placed on the cash balance and the eligible bonus amount is placed on the bonus balance. The cash balance is used first in transactions; the bonus balance becomes available for wagering only after the cash balance is exhausted or as otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
Promotions have wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. By default, the wagering requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount unless a promotion states otherwise. For the general promotions, the minimum deposit to participate is 20 EUR, CHF or CAD. The standard wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Only bets funded by the bonus balance contribute to wagering requirements; bets funded by the cash balance do not. If a bet uses both cash and bonus balances, winnings are credited to the bonus balance until wagering is completed or the balance is exhausted.

Jackpot amounts shown on the site are indicative. The official jackpot amount is the server side total at the moment of payout. Progressive jackpots of EUR 50,000 or more may incur an additional processing period of up to 14 days.
Exceeding withdrawal limits or failing to meet wagering requirements may affect withdrawal eligibility. STARPH reserves the right to amend these bonus terms at any time and to terminate or suspend a promotion for legal or regulatory reasons. The English version governs in the event of discrepancies with translations. All decisions by STARPH are final in any dispute arising from a promotion.
